So yeah guys, what's your workout split? I personally do push pull legs. I've recently started doing it intrigued to know what you guys do.

My current split is to upper body days and then to lower lower body days with enough active rest days in between

Bro I do a push pull legs and Arnold split that shit is fire as shit especially if you want to get into power building like that shit is amazing I made so much progress with it
