Probably, but I mean I still would.

So I have an ex from like five years ago that Even though things did not work out between us I'm actually still in touch with his siblings and it's actually pretty great. We are very civil

I think to each his own if you want to keep in contact with your exes siblings or even a family just do it if not then don't do it
