Over the past few decades, researchers have noticed a decline in secure attachment and an increase in fearful styles. These two insecure styles are associated with lack of trust in self-isolation. This might be one of the root causes in America's trust issues when it comes to dating, and it's been a challenge to diagnose. What are your thoughts?

I loved this soundbite and I think a lot of that is because so many people don't really know like we can only connect with forgive love and trust another person to the point that we trust ourselves and we're not taught in school like we need to during our formative years or even in adulthood unless we seek it out how to trust ourselves or build that relationship of trust with ourselves so I think that's where it starts like everyone else is a mirror image

You know what weeks. Everyone else is Mary image meeting what we experience in our external world like other people other people is something that's being married back to us so we really need to figure out who we are and we and what we want in life so many people can sit and they can tell you rattle off for hours but they don't want what they don't like but whenever you flip that around what do you want what do you like what are you for we don't have the courage or we don't even to say what it is or we don't even know what it is so I think that's it

I think trust is lacking and deteriorating because there are too many options out there and we aren't really valuing long-term relationships anymore. It's hard to believe in something that you don't see as much.

Oh, yeah, trust is definitely lacking because of social media, because of outside influences, like because we're having access to resources that we've never had before. We've also have heard so many crazy stories of what other people have gone through that have instilled fear in us and scared that that would happen to us and knock on what it doesn't. But yeah, I totally see that being true.
