See these symptoms they can easily be lack of iron but actually it's lack of vitamin B12 that I'm going to talk about today right. I had all of this before or I've had it at one point or another. It also includes loss of appetite, weight loss, nausea, sore mouth and tongue, yellow skin. So I've never had yellow skin, never had loss of appetite because I take more to vitamins that make you eat. Never had weight loss. So I've had the rest and I have had a blood test and the doctor said I was quite anemic at one point but even after the iron tablets I was tired for the longest of times seriously guys but then God I kind of added multivitamins to it I just went into the organic shop so I think part of the issue was low vitamin B12 which apparently you can only get in meat fish they said poultry but what's poultry? Chicken? But really it's in meat, fish, eggs and it's in cereals that specifies B12 on the box right and some of the dairy drinks you have it has to say B12 on it which has been added that's the only way you can get it so if you're vegan or vegetarian you're not having any like me if I'm allergic to dairy I'm not having any so really you need to take this or you need to eat cereal two to three times a day because apparently we can only absorb 50% of whatever is we eat which is terrible right but then there's a lot of people with a lot of these symptoms out there and they don't even realize it's B12 so I don't know are you one of them does this sound familiar to you let me note guys.
