Okay ladies and gents, so if you've thought to yourself I need a healthy food, what do you go to straight away? What do you think of? What's your favorite or what do you normally do? Personally if I think it's time to get healthy, it just means I need to add more vegetables and salads, so let's call it salads, to whatever I already eat. So I don't necessarily stop eating certain things. I just cut down a portion, add more veggies, add more you know, leaves, add more leafy greens to it because generally I do go through a period anyway where I might eat bread and then I don't eat it for two weeks but like without me being conscious of it I just don't feel like I'm one of those I might eat plant 10 for a whole week and then don't have it at all for the next two weeks so when it's time for me to go healthy I just think of my portion control and put a bit more greens in what I'm eating.
