This is something that I always do. This is something that I learned to do and I think from parents as well I'll give it to them, could us and I'll give examples so we're clear Self-check, self-evaluate. It could be from your messaging someone, they send a weird message I go back and check the messages we've been exchanging, right? I've noticed in talking to people that a lot of people don't do that and they keep talking nonsense And it's like go back and read what you said yesterday and what you're talking about today same thing you're talking to someone and suddenly they reply back to you in a rude way the first thing I do is check myself did what I say did I talk to them in a rude way first a lot of people don't do this because I remember I said to a guy self evaluation self check did you realize that when you opened your mouth what came out was rude and he was just looking at me a little bit like stunned so those are the example and there's other things when your friends call you selfish when your friends tell you that you only care about yourself, when your friends tell you that you leave, you dump them when you have a boyfriend and then you come back to them when you're single. Do you check yourself or you just think that they talk in nonsense and just continue to do those behaviors? Do you blame others all of the time when things go wrong or do you check what you could have done so that that doesn't happen? Because I learned a long time ago like circumstances plus your reaction equals outcome. So let me know down below guys. Let's talk real talk.
