What is matcha tea or matcha? I've heard of it but that's one I don't know tea I suppose I haven't had and I drink various types of tea. I was just reading comments and people were talking about it's a stronger form of green tea which I'm like hmm is it? Well as you can tell I don't get Starbucks. I've also seen it on a Starbucks menu in the drinks and the milkshakes or smoothies I don't know But what is it? Does anybody know and do you drink it?

Yeah so mature is basically just a more concentrated version of green tea leaf and so it's more ground up and obviously I has a lot of health benefits as we all know
