Okay so yesterday I began the series about drinks to have that would promote better quality or sleep or that would make you sleep. So there's number one, this is number two. Number two is milk. I've always had this growing up as well like a glass of milk, a glass of milk when you're a child or for children and I just thought whatever but apparently it helps because it has some, what is it? I just lost my train of thought. There are some amino acids in there, some hormones that help us called tryptophan, which the body converts into serotonin and it's a neurotransmitter that plays a role in sleep. So that's a mouthful, right? But basically it helps us to fall asleep or feel sleepy or to relax. Now it might not work for everybody or you might be like yeah I do that all the time and it doesn't work. That's why we all have different bodies but that's why personally I would combine this with what I said yesterday because I have one of those bodies. I'm hyperactive naturally. I'm a bubbly person, hyperperson. I will combine those two and the next one that I'm gonna share so that my body can get the signal it's time to relax and sleep. So I hope this helps.
