No, I've actually never tracked my macros or calories as of yet. I'm trying to get more accustomed to it and learn more about it before I get my foot into the whole thing so yeah
I used to track my calories when I was bulking just because I wanted to make sure that I was eating enough to be bulking and like it was fine for a while but then after I started cutting and started my recomp I just kind of leaned off of it and I'm just starting to eat intuitively but when I did track I I use the app on my phone called Lusit.
Yes, I track mine especially because I am trying to gain weight right now so I have to make sure I'm eating way more calories than I burn. And the app that I use is called My Fitness Pal. You can either look up the items that you eat every day or just input the information yourself. is really easy to use.
Yes, I do track my macros and my calories. I use my fitness pal. It's been a life-saving track stuff. I'm always on the move, so I have to track it. But yeah, definitely use my fitness pal to track calories. I think that's the best one to use.
