So after a gym session or rigourous sporting activity what do you guys do to recover is the uniform roll and a stretch and warm down and then an ice bath all you know is it like a warm down light stretch and then like a hot shower

Hot shower, foam roller and just hold out the protein that's the best one I'm up in. so your muscles can neck recovery path.

For me I just have a cold shower and that's it. I have a very cold shower then after that what I do is I tend to just stretch a bit and staff as well and then just relax and have a nice cup of tea.
