Drinks before bedtime to promote sleep one is chamomile. To be honest I've heard of this before and I totally forgot it but I thought it was just to relax you and calm you but I used to drink it a lot and I must say I did not notice any calming effect as anybody ever had chamomile tea and did you notice the effect? Did it calm you down? Did it relax you? Did it promote sleep? Like let me know I i have a special sleep tea which is a blend of a few herbs by trinence and i'm gonna say that i do feel that that keeps me calm i might share it if anyone's interested but let's go back to to come home. Have you had it and they did keep you calm you know and enough to sleep well? Let me know guys.
I used to have some sleeping time before bed, but I think I wake up like between 3 to 4 a.m. in the morning to use the toilet and I really just don't want that because that just disrupts my sleep. So now I just pop a few magnesium and bisonate pills to help me sleep and limit myself on the water.
oh my god that's just like me half of what she's made yes you wake up to go to the toilet but i found a trick which is to start drinking it earlier on at night so either from 9 p.m depending on what your sleep time is or from 11 p.m because i noticed that magnesium makes me if i sleep at one i'm up at like six or seven with the magnesium i don't know what that's about clay and bright eye and bushy tail but it's not good. 6 hours 7 hours isn't enough sleep for my
I was in six seven hours sleep is not enough for my body personally But what I was trying to say is I try and drink the tea from 9 p.m I sleep around one so actually go to the toilet before I sleep and it still works and sometimes when I forget 10 11 and Go to the toilet before I actually go lay down and fall asleep sometimes I'll run to the toilet to make sure and then I come back and sleep. That works.
