I have been hearing about losing weight with just juice right but I don't know if that means you don't eat at all and you just have juice I mean smoothies right. The one I know about is when people do a meal replacement so if you eat three times a day you replace one of the meals with a smoothie let's call it a smoothie or a juice smoothie juice right. If you eat twice a day you replace one of the meals with a smoothie or juice that makes sense to me, right? But I've seen 10 days weight loss juice smoothie I don't know if people do not eat at all and we all they drink all day is some juice and smoothie I don't know. I think that's the same thing. That's a lot of sugar, right? And I love running to the toilet, but hey people do so many crazy things. So which one have you heard of guys? Let me know.
