Right now I weigh 140 and the reason why I said 15 pounds is because I feel like when I was 155 I was just the most confident and I feel like that was the best my body had ever looked.
Thank you girl. I definitely needed to hear that motivation because I'm currently sitting at home debating on whether or not I want to go to the gym so just It's because of this I'm going to get up and get active.
I'm focused on losing weight but also just really just getting a solid workout routine because I'm not consistent. I don't work out every day even though that is my goal to work out at least five days. So I'm still working towards that. It's been a struggle but I'm gonna keep pushing forward because I don't want to start all over anymore. I want this to be the last time I'm on a weight loss journey.
You got this I believe in you it is hard trying to stay consistent as well when you when you're busy and doing other things like that but if you just constantly remind yourself like oh I'm trying to reach this I'm trying to get here I believe that you can get to that point so yeah just keep pushing through you got this girl
I'm focused on building muscle right now, so I've been increasing my protein and my carbon take But I still have a little bit of fat to lose so I'm like in the in a funky little gray area right now I need to increase my calories but minimize my fat intake if that makes sense.
So yes I'm on the same path as you I'm trying to build more muscle as well but shut up to you though you know you're doing good keep going girl you got this
