Yeah I love avocado in smoothies banana definitely protein powder in your smoothie Chia seeds what else for black sweet potato is so good lots of protein so lots of lean protein I have lots of chicken and fish for you and I do love my oats and yoghurt as well

I don't know about the booty specifically I feel like you probably just have to eat normally and then work out for that but I'm trying to gain weight in general and I've just been eating a bunch of pasta and meat that's pretty much it
