Oh yes, definitely hard to be my own coach because there's days where I like mentally talk myself out of it because I'm too lazy and I don't want to get off the couch. And it even applies to other parts of my life too like working on a project or you know even cooking dinner. I'm like I'll do it later or I'll you know you know I'll like make every excuse in the book basically. But what really really helps is actually going on Pinterest or TikTok and looking at transformation videos that does it every time.
