So I was thinking which is harder to train for something like a marathon or training something like boxing Because with a man for you just training long distance running Even though it's a long distance but training for something like a professional fighting boxing or something It's gonna take a lot of hard work Which one do you think is harder to train?

I feel like any type of fight is more difficult because with long distance running you usually train to do those long distances like overtime your bodies adapted to those distances whereas in a fight everything is really variable so you don't know like what's gonna happen next and like if it's something really hard or if it's like you're getting hit in the face right off the bat then your performance is going to suck afterwards you know

I'd go with boxing and Wanasinghe I really don't think that doing a marathon is that hard on my opinion versus boxing because not only do you have to train for the stamina you also have to take hits with that will be very taxing on you

For me I would think him fight training will be difficult for me just because I don't like I don't wanna get hurt I wanna take those punches you know how to learn what it feels like to take those and you don't have to dodge them running as bad on any persons body we're not mean to run distances like that but there's that Runner's HI that I've gotten before and yeah I could train for a long distance running before I would want to try to fight somebody

You can't compare those two sports to say either or is more difficult. They're two entirely different things. One's based off endurance and the other one is based off of fast twitch muscle fibers as well as reaction time, strength. You just can't compare the two.

I mean I wouldn't know but I think a fight maybe just because so he did it's not fully on you but I am I'm fascinated by peoples answers for this never really train from marathon but I am a distance runner and I don't I mean it's exhausting for sure but I wouldn't call it hard like it to just stop fighting on the other hand that looks like a whole thing

Based on my understanding from this arm basically boxing is way easier than a long distance one long distance run you gonna have to accommodate your body into running that long of periods basically get your endurance and your stamina up to the point where you can run run that arm pace fighting you can basically just perfect to coaches and stuff like that so running is harder
