Why would you choose not to consult? I think this person is basically trying to help you identify patterns and help you either move forward or forget the person who is currently in your life.

Translite regression isn't about figuring out why I fail multiple times. I think it's figuring about why those patterns in yourself's form. And I think that's super helpful to move forward.
