nuts and avocado, like, they are both, like, quite healthy for you, but that you gotta remember they're also, like, really high in fat and calories and stuff, like, stay away from them. like, for the most part, right?

So this one's really interesting to me because I think that food affects everyone differently For example right now I'm just going through a lot of food issues and I cannot my body cannot digest any raw vegetables You would think that vegetables are healthy, but my body is just saying no right now

So many foods fit that category. So what I do is I first look at the sugar content. Sugar is everywhere. That's the start.

I think the number one thing I think about is a lot of breakfast foods, especially cereals that say heart healthy and things like that are actually really bad for you.

Oh yeah, there's so many, especially in the US, but milk is a top contender. Dairy milk. The programming from childhood, all the advertisement that tells you that milk is healthy for you, needs to be studied. It's like, insane.

Avocados aren't the best for you but they're advertised as healthy. There are health benefits from avocados but they are very fatty.
