One of the biggest gymnast conceptions that I personally think I've seen was that people on the gym are just angry and feel the steroids and they're not really open to asking to people asking questions and that's just been the opposite of my experience. My experience has been very positive so yeah that's one of the biggest gymnast conceptions out there.

I think one of the biggest chin misconceptions, especially with people who are starting out new, is that it can target fat loss. like people will be doing abs all day to try to lose that belly fat but it doesn't really work like that

The biggest gym misconception is that every girl got a fat ***. It's the scrunch leggings, y'all. It's the leggings.

My take on gyms after being in many a lot of posturing a lot of ego but my experience is you don't really need a gym to work out think about it all she need is a space and you
