Me, I like a fine balance of both but if I had to choose one, I'd prefer strength training because if you grow the muscle to be strong enough you're gonna get that hypertrophy effect anyway.

I **** with strength more I don't have any more impressive than a small guy can lift as much as I can and it's huge
