I used to love KFC chicken wings. Oh my god until I became severely allergic to them I don't think I've had them in 10 15 years Do you guys think KFC or McDonald's is healthy? What do you think? What's your opinions?

To be honest, I don't think any of them are healthy, but if I have to choose, I will go for KFC.

I don't think any of them are healthy either. I think if I had to choose, the one that I can have without dairy is McDonald's. One of their meals is dairy free. So yay.

Sorry I might be a little bit biased I just got really really sick eating those kinds of foods and I never want anyone to have to experience the kind of suffering that I had to go through in order for me to make healthier decisions so once in a blue moon isn't the worst but when it becomes a habit it's not

Same, I used to work at McDonald's and so I was always getting free food there and I used to eat a bunch of their ice cream and smoothies with cream in it and I developed lactose intolerance and got really sick.

McDonald's used to be one of my biggest addictions when I was an adolescent and then when I got sick I did the research I found out the ingredients and what goes into those food like products and I've never looked back it's been about 20 years since I've eaten McDonald's

I know that lately they've tried to make changes to make things healthy earlier but at the end of the day all of that food is highly highly processed and the ingredients are using are super inflammatory and just make you want more

That's it, you hit the nail on the head. Super inflammatory ingredients. I mean it's terrible. I was saying like even the salad has cross-contamination with other ingredients and other things that I'm allergic to. Like you can't just get.

Like you can't just get normally cooked food. I'm sure the place where they grill the eggs is the same place where they'll chop up the chicken to put in the chicken salad. It's annoying. Have you noticed that with Chinese as well, like you eat it and you're starving again? I'll go.

I used to work at McDonald's and I don't remember there being anything that was like 100% healthy. They have the wraps but everything is like frozen or like has preservatives in it. I think that's probably true for KFC too.

I did notice they have an option to get a salad like a chicken salad. I think it's McDonald's also but I still wouldn't get that because it cross-contamination. I mean I'm sure the chicken has some dairy in it in the batter or fried it some I don't know some

I'm not surprised because food like products like that the only can sell them that cheap when they're processed and fake so I'm not surprised and I'm sorry that you develop lactose intolerance but you can reverse those things

Oh that's interesting. How can I reverse lactose intolerance? I think mine is actually an allergy. Like it's been many years and yeah if I eat something and you slide there in it.

yeah if i eat something with slight dairy in it my body can tell it's just um bad i think my body just rejects it's how can i re reverse it if there's a way let me know there's something i need to read can you let me know please

So you can basically lower the sensitivity that you have to lactose so that you don't react as harshly by healing your gut and so that's a very personalized program because everyone has a different protocol but I have seen it firsthand where people can go back to dairy and not

And also depending on genetics what your experience has been where you come from not everybody is meant to consume a lot of dairy because it is inflammatory but I do believe that you can go back to enjoying some of it without getting lots of inflammation

Thank you for that info. I think gut health is the only thing I haven't really paid attention to but I've been eating healthily for decades now so that should be alright on its own. but I think you're right with genetics. I think it goes down to my blood.

Gosh, this 15 seconds is so annoying. It goes down to my blood is what I was saying. It goes down to parents, grandparents. I think allergies are just in me genetically. Like I said, there's some things that I shouldn't be eating and I'll just stay off them

I think both of them are healthy and I eas them every day just kind of strange so eating them like once a week is fine

I don't think once a week is too much. How about once a month? Once every two months.
