Yeah, I can't lie, once I did vomit right after pulling a very, very heavy deadlift, but I've seen it happen on a lot of videos, apparently it's quite normal.
I don't see why anyone should vomit unless they've eaten before. I mean, that's ridiculous. Who would go and work out if they've just eaten? I don't know.
So it depends on your metabolism for one your heart your G.I. issues things like that I have vomited at working out I've also cried after working out it's just depends
I've never had it before, but I'm pretty sure that's only if you have eaten before or you're pushing yourself way too hard and you're prone to car sickness.
