So over here in the UK, they're in a restaurant for example, they usually ask you how you want your red meat and you can have it rare. You can have it, I think medium and well done. Rare is when they're still blood in it and it's raw. That's my own definition. Medium I think is cooked on the outside but once you cut into it, there's blood on the inside. And well done, I think they give it to you like burnt. personally it can only be well done I'll give a share I don't want to see blood in my meat I don't care I find it personally disgusting meat needs to be cooked all the way through right to the middle don't need to be burnt when it's to be cooked so what do you guys think what is your I would do you like your red meat cooked.
