I think I think cutting down on eating my chocolate and all them sugars were like you can still have them but just in the moderation doing a bit of exercise that's what I like to do
The fact that I will change my life because I'm taking care of myself it can be mental and physical psychological and emotional that it'll change of your life
Definitely would have to be my family seen as I'm a father of two and you know kids don't do as you say kids do as you do so I would love my habits to be transformed over to them so that they can apply to their own lives.
So I can be there for my friends and family and God because if I just treat myself like shit it doesn't make me feel like shit and I feel like there's no use in that Like why can't I just, you know?
