Low-key I would rather do 45 push-ups or 60. Not 20. I know you just the point of a push-up it helps you a lot but you have to do it the right way and I know that there are some people that can't do it but at least try to do it it like it's gonna help you out either way if you're fat push-ups are really good for like your whole body but if you don't know how to do it just try at least you know
