How do you measure progress from work and also in the gym for me is probably check in schools soon if I've increased away or decrease the way the Pokémon GO I need to see how strong I've got a lift in the same weight if I'm if there is your Europe's and you just keep on track to my notes my iPhone is probably the bus with me

I actually have an Excel sheet and I do a progressive overload or I decrease my rest times every week so I have like something to look at it

You will have to do it like probably between 3 to 4 months so that way you won't get frustrated you have to measure yourself you're lost weight you're if you're gaining more

Yeah, like for an exercise like bench press, if I'm pushing one weight at a certain time, if like weeks later I'm pushing more then clearly I'm making progress. That's how I measure it bro.

The scales for sure or a good way of saying I think fat lost more than anything if you're just doing cardio but when you are gaining muscle as well it's difficult to tell from the scales so

So I do like to take pictures progress pictures always a great thing I think because when you're just saying yourself in the mirror you don't really see a difference other people tend to tell you when they know it's a different spot

it depends on your goals bro I think if you're trying to increase mass and obviously checking the scales but also more importantly doing like a like a scan like for your lean muscle and stuff like that so yeah it's important to just know you're gold.
