Do you guys prioritise getting enough sleep each night for me definitely when I need to go sleep I need to make sure I'm getting at least seven or eight hours sleep I don't like the idea of sleeping 56 hours on the sleep and I think soup is very important and I love my sleep let me know

Bro you see me I love my sleep alarm to sleep at 11:30 each day without fail my phone goes on do not disturb after that do not contact me

I do not sleep. I barely get in sleep. It's actually bad because I actually need it. I hope to improve my saving pattern one day.

Yes, yes, yes. I will like, I'll count the, so whatever, I'll see what time it is and then I'll calculate how many hours of sleep I'll get. Like if I know I need to make about a certain time I'll calculate like at least eight hours.

Absolutely, I try to get into bed by like 9 or 10 and then because I'm always up early around like 4.30 or 5 for the gym.
