Alright what are some fitness challenges that everyone's tried add say one that I've tried is working at seven days a week or so literally not skipping any days but I feel like I need a rest day is going to have seven days a week every single week your body just gets completely slept with aluminium
I'm currently a part of 75 soft. That's 75 days, 45 minute workout per day, 10 pages of a book, 3 liters of water, eating clean and rarely drinking alcohol. I'm on day 18 now. So, you, it's pretty lit.
I Probably would say no no days off but I Would say I failed at numerous times, but then you get I had good Good long runs on it as well, but it's harder. It's harder than it seemed man that us humans we like fucking we like breaks man so it's a weird one here
