I literally can. I tried- I've gone to the gym in the morning maybe like five times in the whole past year and It feels nice. It's just I cannot get myself to wake up early and do it anymore. Like it's not me.
I just recently got I like adopted a cat and she's on the schedule where she starts making noise at 5 AM so I've just had to take advantage of her naturally waking me up at five and getting to it today was my first a.m. workout in a very very long time
