If your goal is to cut back on sugar and you're focusing on replacing your sugary items with fruits this is some fruits that are low in fructose which are apricots berries like raspberries strawberries blackberries cantaloupes grapefruits nectarines oranges peaches watermelon's and then some fruit that you want to avoid if your goal is to stay low on the sugar is going to be apples cherries dried fruit surprisingly because I used to just by drive-through thinking like I'm getting my fruit it's all good no those are really high in sugar grapes kiwis and pears so you want to avoid those if your goal is to be low on the sugar intake
