So in the world of social media even when you're trying to help somebody or share informative content there's always going to be trolls and there's always going to be people that are negative and have nothing better to do then to be negative so my tip to protect your mental health and your overall well-being is don't put too much emotional real estate mental real estate into that don't really care you cannot care too much about it either block the person if they're being really malicious and really rude you can delete the comments if you really want to or you could just leave it because at the end of the day there's always going to be people like that My type of content that I like to post on social media is always to bring awareness to inform so that you can make more informed choices for yourself education is always key and what I find is that people don't like that all the time people think that your fear mongering or that they know better and I'm not here saying that I know any better I'm always here to learn but as a health coach and as a person who has overcome a lot of health challenges in my life to get to this point I actually appreciate when people post, content that is sharing information about the food that we eat the water that we drink you know the chemicals that were being exposed to through you know things like self-care and home care products so if you're the type of person that's really sensitive to that be mindful and just make sure that you have a bowl of peace block the people don't pay attention to it and remember that for every one negative person or negative comment there's probably at least 5 to 10 really positive ones that appreciate what it is that you're sharing so that is just my tip to protect your mental health and your overall well-being in the world of social media that can be so fickle
