This is a tip to maintain a healthy mindset and overall general mental health there's going to be people in your life that you create boundaries with that are no longer a part of your life for personal reasons and you just completely let it go now just because you let it go and you're not letting it get to you and you're not thinking about these people doesn't mean that the people that you've created boundaries with aren't holding onto their own grudges and don't try to make you feel that they can be looking at your social media trying to figure out what you're doing Or you hear them talking about you through other people and you just know and you can sense that they're still living in the past or that they haven't really fully moved on and they're not celebrating your wins your progresses and what you're doing in life in order to stay focussed and to have a healthy mindset and mental health you're going to have to be OK with that because you cannot control what other people feel how they process their emotions and the lack of their emotional or mental maturity so as long as you're staying focussed on what you need to do and you can check your heart and even ask God God check my heart do I still have to have a grudge do I still bear some resentment and if you do let it go because it's not gonna change the situation it's not going to fix anything it's just going to cause a distraction and it could potentially even make you feel not necessarily sick but it just makes you feel some kind of way which Is not good for your health or mental well-being so let go and let God because ultimately if you are a person who is focussed on creating a life of goodness abundance you cannot get distracted with those things in the past you have to keep your eyes fixed on today and where you're going let go and let God deal with it
