There's gonna be moments where you may not necessarily feel like you want to eat healthy that you wanna make the best choice that you want to get up in the morning to exercise that you want to offset that sugary treat but when you commit with vision you see the pay off overtime if you commit with consistency you see the pay off overtime so your decisions can't be anchored in what you feel like but what you know is important and why And so if you're ever looking to achieve a certain goal like losing weight what I would recommend is for you to create a game plan and map it out so that you know what your obstacles are and you have something already set in place so that when those obstacles come up those challenges or those areas of weakness you already have a strategy and this is why getting a health coach or getting a strong sense of accountability from someone who's qualified that you trust is very important so don't do it alone and have a game plan
