One tip for better health that cost zero dollars but that can vastly improve your health is getting a better quality sleep this is an area that I have personally struggled with because I tended to be a night owl but I am going to do my best moving forward to have regular rhythms of sleep because the more I read about it and learn about it and see the evidence about the power of having regular sleep and how that affects your immune system your mood your hunger levels weight loss weight gain focus clarity all the above hormonal levels it's actually quite Mine boggling to be honest with you so even if you think that you're getting enough sleep it's your cycles of sleep it also really matter to so having regular rhythms of sleep going to bed at the same time waking up at the same time having healthy rituals before you go to sleep it can really make such a big difference so I encourage you to get better sleep
Hell yes, I totally agree with this and I'm definitely trying to work on it. It's been hard since I have a toddler, but definitely working on that because I know it totally affects me.
Press it for me I think she is important I also think limiting your screen time if you can or managing your screen time and like going outside and mingling with people I think that's really really nice and good and fun
Sleep is definitely important and I try to get it when I get it. My daughter is autistic and she tends to stay up most at night. When she does it makes it so rough for me because I'm a day person and when I stay time I can't sleep. Sorry, I completely get it.
