Do you want to remove the look of cellulite? Well I have three tips for you. First, stay hydrated. Super key when your cells are dehydrated you're going to actually increase the appearance of cellulite. So cellulite really what it is is a very thin layer of tissue that's almost like a net that is above and encapsulates your muscles and is below your layer of skin. It's almost like when you cut a piece of chicken open and you see that thin thin white layer of tissue That's exactly what fascia is number two on top of staying hydrated is you want to make sure that you're constantly Exercising and moving your body. This doesn't mean you have to go to the gym seven days a week but movement is important so that you're keeping blood flow and detoxification intact and Stretching before and after you exercise number three the most effective tool that I have ever used above and beyond any gimmicky cream or lotion or anything like that is what we call fascia blasting in the health industry. So fascia blasting what it does is it takes all of the knots out of the fascia tissue because that happens if you're not stretching properly, if you're not exercising right, if your diet is also poor, what happens to this fascia tissue is instead of it being like a nice flat layer of tissue covering your muscles it gets bunched up and knotted and so that's why it looks like cellulite. So a fascia a blaster tool, a specific one actually has the ability over time when you're consistent with it to actually massage that fascia tissue out and smooth the appearance of it but getting to the root problem. So it's not just plumping the skin on top, it's also bringing circulation, much needed blood flow to the surface of the skin and breaking apart those fascial adhesions that makes cellulite look like the way it does. I love everything you said here because to be honest with you I clicked on this because usually I see people like promoting creams and stuff to get rid of cellulite. So everything you said was great and pretty informative. So thank you for sharing. So I just wanted to add one thing too. It's also like fat deposits over time. So just like you said like working out eating right over time you're not gonna see as much cellulite.

You can do creams and stuff for it or different treatments but ultimately it's gonna be there. It's something over time you might get used to and you can do different things to help with it but but it might not fully go away, it's hard to see.

Yeah I don't really necessarily believe so much in the creams because it can only go to a certain level but I have been using a tool that was created by a special for sports therapist and I've seen the results in my self so I know that this is something that isn't gimmicky I've seen the cellulite being removed and again it's not something that happened overnight it was with consistent usage of it because it reaches to the deeper layers of the fascia tissue
