So yesterday I went to the gym and I was doing warm-ups on bench and I could just tell that it was not my greatest day the warm-up was extremely heavy and normally like the warm-up is pretty late so I should not go that well but I didn't take it to like that I didn't take it to heart because I know that my body just needed compensation time from this weekend because I was out all weekend so this is your side just be easy on yourself and realize that you will still progress
