So I have a relatively long and thick hair so it gets really sweaty on lake specific gym days versus others like for example if I'm doing cardio that day but hair gets a lot more sweaty that day so I'll like designate cardio days as Miley hair wash days where I was like if I'm just benching or if I'm just doing like an exercise it doesn't require a lot of like like sweating and moving at least for me I just won't wash my hair that day because obviously I can't wash it every day so how do you guys plan around it
