When I was bulking I used to track my calories on this app called lose it on my phone but after like I got into like my cutting days and ever since I've never really tracked I feel like I eat just intuitively now I just kind of assume that I'm eating enough it probably isn't ideal for them wanting to make the most progress but do you guys track your calories

I don't track my calories. I used to kind of like track my macros. I don't know if that's what you're talking about. Macros or like calories, they're pretty similar but I just can't stick with it on a day-to-day basis. Like I'm too busy and I've got things to be doing other, you know, like tracking every Morsel of food that I eat, but I do know now, you know, like what my plate should look like and like how much of each food I should be eating especially like if I'm bulking you know what I mean

No, I don't track my calories, it's impossible for me to do it and I don't like it.

I actually don't, I definitely do think it's something I need to start doing, but right now as we speak I don't track it no

I used to track my calories, but then it was making me crazy. Like I was trying to log and document like everything. So to make my life easier and less stressful, I stop counting calories and I'm just kind of mindful of like what I eat.
