So I have been always like the type of person that needs to grab something on her way out to class or to work or ever I'm going and I really like half the time Abi grabbing like I'll be stuff like cookies or some thing so I want to know what are your guises recommendations for healthy stocks that you would describe on your way out of the door

Popcorn is a really good healthy snack and you can eat so much of it, especially if you don't have it with like sweet, if you have like, you know, popcorn. That's a really healthy snack.

Probably some trail mix, some nuts, some walnuts, some almonds, cashews, something like that or raisins.

apples and peanut butter, hummus and veggies, chia pudding, smoothies, crackers, cheese, granola bars, granola bites. Just fruit in general is super good. Yeah, those would probably be my favorite.

Salted peanuts are a pretty good one. They have more calories, but they got a lot of protein and vitamins.
