So I am a pretty of a gym goer but that does not mean that I don't party and I have my fair share of fun this past weekend I went out three days in a row I am completely like dead right now I cannot even function but I know that like I'm a senior in college so like I'm just you know yellow how do you guys recoup after we get out because I just sleep and eat like that's all I can do because my body physically home function

I think just relaxing and maybe exercising or doing something that you you consider to be fun.

Okay, so couple tips. Obviously drink a ton of water, but also try putting charcoal in your drinks that will help you absorb and get a vitamin B plus complex shot. that will eliminate a lot of hangovers.
