On a really good day I think I would drink about anywhere between like 6 to 8 glasses on a bad day maybe about 3 to 5 I always add lemon in it to make it a little bit more savoury for me so that it's easier to drink more but about roughly 5 to 6 a day would be average
Honestly, I need to start drinking more. I used to drink a gallon a day when I was taking like creatine and now I literally I suffer I don't drink a lot of water anymore. It sucks. I'm always dehydrated. I gotta get back to it
