How do you guys express anger in a healthy way? I'm still trying to figure out how to do that. Not that I don't express it in an unhealthy way. I just don't express it at all and then it like includes on me. So I need some way to like move the anger out of my body, but I don't know how to do that. What do you guys do? Do you like exercise or dance or like something with movement or or how do you move that energy out of your body?

Are used to be really bad at this after I was on my mental health meds for a while I got super irritated but some I've like had to learn ways to deal with it and I think a big way just like when I start feeling angry or irritated taking a breath and just taking a minute to think through it and if my body is just reacting that way for some reason or if I am genuinely upset for like a real reason and just talk myself through it before I React

This is such an excellent response by the way I mean festival not reacting to anger is the best thing you can do and she understanding the source of your anger and talking yourself do it first before you act on it is going to save you a ton of hassle so really appreciate you put it out there I think more people should probably use the feeling of anger Except feeling of anger in the way is presented not act upon it

Oh yes, see that is my problem though because I never respond to anger, but I don't have any way to like express it if that makes sense and so when I don't respond it like bottles up and bottles up and then it like causes a lot of anxiety and like energy buildup inside of my body. So I'm wondering like once you're out of the situation because I'm pretty good in the moment dealing with like anger-inducing situations but once I'm

Once I'm out of that situation away from the person or trying to process like that's when I don't know how to contain those feelings. Well I do contain them but I don't contain them in a healthy way because it just manifests as like anxiety.

That is really awesome. When I was a dancer, I used to use Irish dance and tap to get my anger out. Like, I would just stomp really hard on the floor. Honestly, it was so cathartic. but I totally understand like doing a sport or something like that makes sense.

I also think it really depends on what the source of the anger is angry about something has happened then yeah you can channel the energy into more healthy activities like exercising or it's going for a walk or reading a book but realistically you got you have to allow your body and your mind to fill-in conceptualising anger first before you act on it and then my Apple Watch reactions you wanna have and what I would do before you do anything

Yeah, that's a really good point. How do you let your body like feel the anger? Like do you just sit there and and like concentrate on the feeling? Do you meditate? like is there a specific way that you like to process?
