Alright, how do you guys express your mental health needs with your partner? Do you guys have a designated time when you talk? Like sit down and talk about it like mental health checkings weekly or monthly or do you guys just like talk about what you need in general? And then when the time comes like they know what you're talking about. I think for me that's how it works. Like my partner knows I have sensory issues when there's loud noises. So if something's too loud I'll just be like I need my headphones or my earplugs and then he knows like why I'm asking. But other than that we don't like really talk about it so I'm curious to know like what you guys do.
