If we're talking like just one exercise or movement it would definitely be Rdio's dumbbell or barbell I love challenging myself with that and I love seeing my hamstrings come out
I'm not going Adam audios it's no joke like it really like all my goodness sometimes I'll be thinking I'll be doing it wrong babe I noticed that like when you do audios is supposed to eat depends on what kind you doing because you got the quiet focus and then you got the glue focus so which one are you more focused on quite a glutes
Oh my God I love I love doing the leg press it is my favorite leg workout because you don't really do much and like what you do when I get it is I love it
Yeah the leg press is pretty it's affective but it's pretty easy I'd like to challenge myself and let you have my sweet leg presses as well that's the first first workout that I started out doing when I started my fitness journey
