I can run like maybe .5 Well actually can't physically run right now anyway due to an injury but before that running has never been my strength and I do have asthma too so that doesn't help Get last and it was about half a mile before I had to stop
I hope your knee heal and get better that's crazy but yeah have you ever tried like bicycle riding at the gym and they be having like the little bicycle machines you can get on instead of like the treadmill and stuff like that
Thank you yeah actually they just got two new ones so I'm actually going to head out to the gym in about another hour and try them out I heard that they're like really beneficial to for any injuries and what not so I'm pretty excited about it
Run like I do the elliptical I used to be able to run but I'm not sure in miles how long 10 K is but I used to be able to run 10 K in 54 minutes but I don't know what the equivalent is
