Hey guys so I just have a quick question do you prefer to work out by yourself or with a friend or significant other I personally have been getting help about working on some friends and although I do like that at times I think I prefer to work out by myself most the time just because I feel like I concentrate better and I can just get through it but other times it is really nice to have that extra push and motivator so I'm just curious what your thoughts are
I think I prefer to have the right balance. Sometimes working out alone is quite needed and other times it's also more fun to work out with your friends, just to have the right balance in the right medium.
I don't know I feel like it would be nice to work out with someone because you know that you have like somebody to encourage you to do better or whatever just keep going and like they can also also teach you something to
Suffer efficiency purposes I think working out by myself is great but I have been working out with friends more recently and I think my motivation has gone higher and I've just enjoyed being at the gym more versus when I'm by myself
