Hey guys happy Thursday I just wanted to share some good news I weighed in today and I am down 6 pounds so far I am for those who know me well no I do not solely focus on the scale however I do have my sister's bachelorette party coming up soon and they are part of that they can do horseback riding which at my current weight I am already able to still do horseback riding anyway but just you know to feel better about myself and more comfortable in my own body I am trying to drop a few more pounds so I'm super excited and honestly it's not even like doing anything strictly I just been eating balanced meals and trying to release that consciously make better decisions instead of just kind of guessing and I am Still getting my workouts in when I can as well so I know it takes time so if you're somebody who is like on a waitlist or near finished and I just remember progress takes time and it doesn't matter if it's small or big progress is still progress so don't belittle it be proud of how far you've come

That is awesome congratulations and just remember that it is not a race it's a marathon so just keep working in hard work and you're doing great
