I just got my workout done I hit back and biceps today and it felt so good oh man I haven't been to the gym in a couple days just because I am sorry if it's TMI over and I'm a woman we get periods and my period has been awful the past few days but it's getting towards the end finally so come and work on it today I'm going tomorrow and the next two days after that I'm learning to like just be at peace with me like taking rest days when I need to has been really hard for me to do it's something I've definitely been incorporating more of like just giving myself that grace to take the rest day and still obviously controlling what I can control like what food I eat and make sure everything in the water am I sleeping enough blah blah blah So yeah I feel really good can't wait to go tomorrow

I love that and I totally feel you because I am a woman and it is that time of the month for me and it's so interesting because I don't feel like going a week before I get my period and like during I mean it's horrible but I still have more motivation to go but like this week was like before I got it and I did not want to go this week and I really pushed myself to go and I feel better but yeah good for you it always feels good coming back after a couple days off.

I think taking a rest days is super important and I love that you're giving yourself grace. You really can't get better if you don't rest, you know? So if you keep going, going, going, going, then it's not going to be like... It's not going to be the best for your body and your muscles.
