Okay, once upon a time you find a magical pill. Don't know where you found it, but we're not going to talk about the loopholes in the story. Anyways, so you have this magical pill and it will either give you perfect physical health or perfect mental health and you can only use it once. Which one are you going to pick?

I'm taking the perfect physical health because I have a lot more methods to cope with mental health than I do with physical health. So it's more stable most of the time than my physical health. So I'd rather have perfect physical than mental for the reason I just said. I don't feel like reiterating that.

Perfect physical health because I could just eat whatever I want and I would still be healthy like that would fix any mental issues that I have

That's great! That is a good reason to pick physical health so you can just not pay attention to what you eat. That would be super nice. I would like to eat dairy and gluten again.

It's a perfect mental health because I think it's a lot harder to achieve things like motivation and working toward something will be like easier

This is a really good point because like what is the point of having perfect physical health if like you can't even and have the energy to like do anything, right? That's good.

Perfect mental health. My mind. Your mind is the vehicle to your body. Your consciousness. I'm picking my consciousness first. The body that's nothing. That's a vehicle. I'm picking the mind. Your body don't dream, your mind does.

Honestly, I think I have to agree with you. I think my physical health being kind is what causes most of my mental health issues. So yeah.

I definitely rather have the perfect mental health it's just the best choice for your well-being in general and the relationship you have with yourself

This is really hard to pick because both are basically important for your personal development and well-being.

Yeah, and I think that like mental health can definitely affect your physical health in a lot of ways as well so it's kind of like the start of everything.

So first of all so many follow-up questions, but those two will greatly impact each other now also So, will my health otherwise be as is now?

What I mean by that is, okay, if I've got my mental health and my physical health as it is now, if I take the pill and I choose one, will the other remain at the same level? Will that just go wildly down? I also think one will help the other, thankfully.

Ken, why you gotta be like this now you're making me think about my own question.

Let's say whichever one you pick will improve and then the one that you didn't pick will just stay as it is right now.

Honestly, I couldn't pick because the disease that I have affects both their physical and mental health. They're always linked, no matter what. So... The... It's... Yeah. It's great. It's great.

Same here, same here. I have chronic illness and then it makes my mental health really bad. And then my mental health being bad affects my chronic illness so it's like they're tied together.
