How do you guys stay consistent when you're cleaning? Especially people with ADHD. Does anybody have any tips for me? Because what tends to happen is like I'll go over to my closet and I'll start taking stuff out to sort it and then I'll see my desk is dirty and then I go over there and I take stuff off my desk and then I go back to the closet and then when the day is over like everything's out but nothing's sorted or put back away And I don't know how to break it down into small tasks because my brain just does not work like that. So I'm wondering if people have any tips to make it more efficient and not just... Well, just do one thing at a time because I just don't function like that.

I really love setting a timer just being like OK five minutes get as many dishes as you possibly can done and then usually I'm like already done or if I'm not done yet I'll do like a little dance dance set another timer

I like the idea of like dancing in between. That's a good way to get movement in as well. I've heard of something called the Pomodoro. I think that's what it's called where it's like you take 15 minutes and then a five minute break or something like that.

All right go to each area of the house take out all the cleaning products for each area the house one by one go to the kitchen table gonna rise out to Ron's up and etc. set an alarm so you have a system of which area at first and I know you have a list of going up and down Collins ladder sometimes because you start some thing and then you'll end up in another area putting something away and

So what I've learned and that there are different phases like my whole house will fall apart especially whenever I'm back acclimating myself to something new or I'm dealing with the depression side and otherwise a little fits inspired set the timer for 15 minutes

Set a timer for 15 minutes or do the Pomodoro thing and yeah I'm pretty flexible with how I'd get things done because I understand that I need to have the one to 80 HD so fine

I will probably make a list of to do's of the things that need to be started or some thing and then pick one little a task per day not all the task for one day so that way

So that way your brain won't feel so overwhelmed or at least that's what happened to me I just switch homes are this Monday I'm in a new house and you know obviously how to bring a lot of packages suitcases furniture all that stuff

And I was like oh no I there's no way I'm gonna have this house put together in one day so basically what I've done is like every day I feel like I'm fixing and accommodating a one bedroom one section of the house one by one and that's how I've been able to tell you know manage

I literally get distracted by everything I figure with things when I clean so just put some music on and like talk to yourself because you talk to yourself and you pretend like you're having an anime video like those animation videos
